4th year, placements are ongoing and I’m still unplaced. Is there still hope?
I’m in my 4th year, and campus placements are ongoing, but I’m still unplaced. I’m getting increasingly anxious and would appreciate advice from students or alumni with firsthand experience, especially from previous batches:
How many tech companies typically visit after this stage ( from Oct mid to Feb )?
Until which month do tech companies usually recruit on campus?
Which tech companies might realistically come next and any mass hirings ?
Is there still a realistic chance of getting placed through campus?
What should I do now, beyond LeetCode and projects, to improve my chances?
I’m only interested in tech roles, not sales or marketing.
Should I stay hopeful and keep preparing, or focus more heavily on off-campus opportunities?
Any honest advice or firsthand experience would be appreciated.
Also if anyone knows will tcs be coming again( if yes then for which roles ) ?
