One Day in Disneyland/DCA

East coasters traveling to CA for summer vacation and our first stop is Disneyland (staying at Westin Anaheim). We (me, 16 year old DD and DH) are only planning to spend one day at Disneyland/DCA. We’ve done WDW several times, so we aren’t as precious about the nostalgic rides (although I can not WAIT to ride Mr. Toads again)… more concerned about the must dos in Disneyland. Riding the rides is our primary goal (DD is no longer interested in parades, characters and shows) . We are debating doing both parks b/c we want to see Radiator Springs and Incredicoaster. We don’t want to spend our day (Sunday, July 11th) waiting in line or looking at our phones and want to make the most of our visit, so we are considering getting the Premium pass, but getting it for both parks seems cost prohibitive, although doable if this our only trip to Disneyland, ever. We are an active family, so I’m not too worried about being on our feet all day.

I grabbed a dinner reservation at Blue Bayou, as we are only likely to sit for one meal. What food/treats are specific Disneyland musts?

Any advice is appreciated. We are 60 days out…
