Hi, I was displaced officially in May, but have not had any luck hearing back from most of schools I submitted my resume too, as the positions have already been filled for lower elementary. I am located far east in Whittier, and cannot find anything I’m region east. I have only interviewed or been approached by West and South district, which is a 1+ hr drive. Does any one know how long we have to look before we are assigned a school site? Also, are there different displacement lists based on the region? I really hope to find somewhere to call home, this is my 4th year. Has anyone heard of any openings? Thanks!
