Got an auto R2 for AC because I was marked in the system after my ACI final round last year (didn’t get it last year). Is this common? Would u recommend doing it online or in person?

Any advice for someone preparing for a final round in USA office? Should you approach partner conversations just like you would with BAs or EMs (i.e, more candidly and energetic)?

Does a good R1 performance, good resume, and/or multiple referrals have a weight on final round to offer considerations or is that all swept away and up to partner decisions?

What type of people at McKinsey (USA) conduct interviews in R1.

SBAs? EMs? Partners? Ever recruiters directly?

Did anyone get McKinsey FT expedited interviews last week through next week?

If so, how did they go? Is there a slight offer odds increase because you don’t have to worry about spots remaining? How do you get them?

Just got an email about it “get to know BCG Chicago.” Heard NYC ppl all got, regardless of selectivity. Anyone else have thoughts on this ?

Currently interning in Big 4 and recruiting for MBB in US. My expected return offer acceptance deadline is in late August, but I do not believe that MBB firms extend FT offers until after that (this year).

What is the best way to navigate this? Are there earlier/flexible processes to get into? Do I ask for a return offer extension or just decline and pray I clutch?

Heard some people were starting to get BA R1’s, but I thought the deadline is Aug 11 and it’s not rolling. Has anyone heard back or interviewed, and if so, is it for target schools or specific majors? Anyone in NYC or Chicago?
