Hi! Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. We purchased a CPO 2024 Hyundai palisade calligraphy about a month ago. When we use the voice command system and say “all windows down”it will roll down all but the rear passenger window. Sometimes it works and rolls all of them down. Same thing for when we’re outside the car and hold the unlock on the key fob to roll down all the windows. The same rear passenger window doesn’t roll down most of the time. But sometimes it does.
Is this a weird glitch with the tech? Anyone else experience this? Any advice?
I purchased a certified pre owned 2024 Hyundai palisade calligraphy yesterday. In a rush of the excitement, I was foolish and didn’t think to look under the hood of the car before purchase. Same day after buying, I go to show family the new ride and we pop the hood and discover rodent droppings, nuts, and a lot of the foam around the engine compartment chewed up. Immediately called the dealership and they said to email photos and they haven’t replied to me yet. There’s a 3 day full refund return period. I love the car and would like to keep it but I’m not sure how concerning this is. Is this something concerning enough to completely return the car and find a new one? I’m shocked to find this on a certified pre owned vehicle, it makes me wonder if they even inspected it. What would you do in my shoes?
I have Mohela. I graduated in March 2024 and applied for the SAVE plan in September 2024. At the time Mohela had me complete the PDF version of the SAVE application and submit it on the studentaid.gov website. Then they had me submit a paystub to the Mohela website. After this, on the student aid website, it showed that I had submitted an application for IDR plans. I did not save this evidence from the student aid website that showed that the application was submitted and I also did not receive any email confirmation from them. However I do have the application I completed saved on my computer from when I submitted it.
Fast forward to Fall 2025, Mohela tacked on over $28k in interest from prior to August 1st, 2025. I did a lot of calling to Mohela and multiple of the customer service Mohela workers agreed that I was not supposed to have accumulated interest from prior to August 1st, 2025. After months of calls and them not following up or providing any more information, I ended up filing a complaint with my state attorney general.
After some time the attorney general reached out to me and Mohela to move forward with a resolution. I received a letter now from a Mohela Ombudsman Specialist and they state that I never submitted a SAVE application. They claim that I submitted a pay stub to them but no application. They also claim that they instructed me to submit my application to Mohela which they did not, they told me to submit it to the student aid website. Like I said, I have the copy of my completed application I submitted to the student aid website, but I'm not sure if that even helps my case at all. I have no way of responding directly to an Ombudsman Specialist so I've pretty much been pushed back to just calling their basic customer service number.
I feel so lost and frustrated, I have no idea what to do next. Do I reach back out to the attorney general? Is there a better way to communicate with Mohela?
