High latency and packet losses on my wifi
Hello! I'm having severe latency and packet losses on my wifi. Making calls and video calls is impossible on my wifi. I have noticed this since last week first thought that it was my ISP and restarted modem and unifi gateway but the issues persisted.
See attached image to show what I'm seeing.
Some trouble shooting I've done:
The issues are present on 5ghz and 6ghz bands (haven't tested 2.4ghz)
6ghz band tested pinging from a laptop to the gateway IP address: several time outs every few seconds.
5ghz band tested with my phone via wifi man (see attached screenshot)
Tried to optimize channels thru airwave menu optimization but it didn't help.
No issues with direct cable to the router, tested with another computer connected directly via cable to the gateway and no packet losses when pinging the IP address.
Network: 10.4.57
UCG Max: 5.1.19
The network has worked solid for months, but i think the issues sterted since 5.1.19 that my gateway auto updated on June 21.
And trouble shooting help is appreciated.
