Specialty meds
My wife has medicare as she has a disability and I have her on my employer (national telecom) insurance is bcbs.
This Prescription had been covered all last year no issues. Then this year started.
The docs office is saying that medicare is acting as the primary. They have both insurance info. Including phrarmacy details. We have submitted the Cordination of benefits although it had never been required before for anything including hospitalizations, specialty meds, dme nothing. Weve been at this for 4 years and its the first time we’re having issues. Only this doctor is having issues.
The specialty pharmacy says its only being processed through medicare and that the prescriber has to resubmit with the correct insurance info.
The doctor says that it has been sent again but it still. Not sure what other calls id need to make. This medication was really helping
