LLM in Tax

Do I have a chance at getting into UF law LLM taxation program with a 3.05 gpa. I’ve taken federal income tax and got an A-, Business Entities and got a B+ , secured transactions and got an A, and bankruptcy and got a B as my relevant tax courses or analytical courses. As an aside, my law school doesn’t offer any other tax class aside from federal income tax. I have one more year to go so I could bring up my gpa further but I would like to start fall 2027 with my LLM. Does it make sense to apply early, say in September with these stats or wait until December/January and apply with a 3.15-3.20? Does the wait reduce my odds of getting in or is better to wait and apply with the slightly higher gpa?
