XIM MBA-SM vs GIM PGDM-BDA for ESG career
BTech CSE, 3 years in automation/frontend dev, want to pivot into ESG/carbon analytics. Have admits from both XIM MBA-SM and GIM PGDM-BDA. I don't want to take a year drop so want to make the most out of what I have. I want to enter the Sustainability field(Like ESG Analyst/Climate analyst and transition later into Chief sustainability role in the longer run).
The issue is XIM MBA SM curriculum is sustainability heavy but lacks the data/analyst pov and GIM PGDM BDA is realy data heavy but lacks sustainability aspects. Considering the future impact of AI on both fields, should I go with:
- GIM GOD PGDM BDA + CFA Sustainability certification
- XIM University Bhubaneswar MBA SM+ Analytics certification
Any input is appreciated 😄.
