Bonjour,
J’ai envoyé mon ordinateur à MSI France pour la réparation même eux sont incapables de réparer mon ordinateur. Le problème principal est que l’écran ne s’allume plus mais fonctionne très bien avec des écran externe. Ils m’ont fait un retour : « la dalle est cassé » mais je le savais déjà et ce n’est pas le problème, je pense que le problème principal viendrais de la nappe ( fil liant la carte mère à la dalle de l’écran ou directement la carte mère). J’aimerais savoir si quelqu’un c’est un retrouver dans le même cas et a pu régler le problème seul ? Est ce que je dois commander une nouvelle carte mère et la monté moi même ? Est ce que en France il y aurais des personnes spécialisé dans la reparation hardware

I sent my computer to MSI France for repair even they are unable to repair my computer. The main problem is that the screen no longer turns on but works very well with external screens. They gave me a return: “the slab is broken” but I already knew it and that’s not the problem, I think the main problem would come from the tablecloth (wire linking the motherboard to the screen slab or directly the motherboard). I would like to know if someone is a find in the same case and was able to solve the problem alone? Do I have to order a new motherboard and mount it myself? Would there be people specialised in hardware repair in France?
