What graduation gifts don’t feel overly for show?

I feel like gifts such as skincare, perfume, or body care can be a little wasteful sometimes? Like yes, they’re practical and people use them daily, but once done, the packaging just gets thrown away. Lately I look into box/basket/containers that can still be reused long after the products are gone. aesthetic but still practical, right? Anyone have recs for that kind of gifts?
