This is the official State of the Empire Address, given by me, the Prime Minister and Acting Emperor of the Sovereign Empire of New Greenia.
The speech details the past 6 weeks in New Greenian history and the future for New Greenia with a second constitution in progress, and more innovations and projects being planned in the future.
Today, May 14th, 2026 is a day that will probably be a historic day for New Greenia. Shane Torres, Prime Minister and Acting Emperor of New Greenia has turned the southern reading area of Fort Greenia into the Office of the Prime Minister, nicknamed "The Office" It will be on the major commute road known as Main Street and it's location is called 18 Main Street, inspired by 10 Downing Street, the Office of the British Prime Minister.
The New Greenian Government will be rewriting the main part constitution to expand upon the powers and government aspects. This constitutional rewriting comittee will be made out of His Royal Majesty, Reginald, Her Royal Majesty, Momma, Myself, Deputy Prime Minister Joseph Calvillo, Jacob Earwood, Joseph Stokes, and Damon Bragg. But here is the thing: We won't change the powers of the government members we will expand upon the Constitution and add more information about different aspects about the government. We will also split it into chapters with there being atleast 3 articles in each up with some, such as the government being 5 articles. God Save the Empire of New Greenia, and Long Live the Emperor.
This comittee is called the Constitutional Revision Comittee.
How would New Greenia be able to have an actual agriculture, and use it's mainland to the best our abilities. New Greenia is planning "Project Green" for the summer where we plan to grow agriculture and sell it for more money to buy more seeds and to use New Greenia's land for more than space launches, mowing it, and just living in Fort Greenia.

The Greenian Crown is 1:1 with the United States Dollar in order to keep it simple and not too expensive for people. You can also transfer money, buy stuff from registered buisnesses and other things.

Breaking news, following the Emperor feeling sick yesterday, an election was initiated by Prime Minister Shane Torres, in which it was 9:1. Shane Torres became the acting Emperor while His Royal Majesty, Reginald I heals from whatever he has.

With a vote of 6 yes to 1 no and 1 abstain, the New Greenian government has passed its combined federal budget of 180 USD for all 3 of New Greenia's government departments to spend an equal amount on agriculture, military defense, and the study of meteorology.
The budget proposal was written on April 27th, 2026 by incumbent Prime Minister, Shane Torres and was voted on throughout last night and into the morning.

The proposal passed, leading to the horrible music by this artist to be banned from ever being played within the territories of the Empire!
