District really refunded the money in 1.5 hours. Maybe the universe decided to balance out the Kanye West cancellation and trash Iceman drop after all.

Since most of us are already coming to Delhi, how about having a listening party together? If anyone can organize an event like that, i think everyone would love to join and listen to Kanye on 23rd.
