G19.5 Suppressed Recoil Spring
Picked up a CAT SC-M to run on a couple pistols. Runs flawlessly on my Shadow 2, but has super weak ejection on my G19.5 when I run my handloads. 147gr at about 900fps. Brass dribbles out, and it has failures to eject and feed if you don't grip it absolutely perfectly. It won't run at all in the short configuration. It runs better with factory ammo, but it's noticeably louder and way more expensive for me. I'm already pushing max loads with N320, plus it's barely subsonic out of my PCC's as it is.
I'm thinking a reduced power recoil spring would solve the problems, and want to know if anyone has experience with them. Looking at options from ISMI, DPM Systems, and Radian. It's borderline with the stock RSA, so I'm thinking dropping it down to even 15lbs would fix it. Any input is appreciated.
