Beginner Level Owner… Need A Little Bit Of Help

So I just received this spider and as much as I love them… I honestly don’t know much about this one. Is anybody able to identify which kind of tarantula this is? I have heard it may be a GBB, a Mexican Red Knee or an Antilles Pinktoe (AI suggestion; provided screenshot.)

Also it hasn’t eaten anything in two weeks. I’ve tried crickets and mealworms, but it doesn’t seem to be even slightly interested in eating. Should I be alarmed?

Sidenote- she seems to like to crawl around my arms, face and head… not sure if that’s the best thing.
