My Youtube channel used to get 1k views in a day which I enjoyed. Now my videos seem to get less than 100 views in a few days. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Also I wonder if the consistency vs motivation mindset actually works. Is there any tips for me to help grow my channel?
I mainly post on YouTube. I’ve started about 3 years ago and I post mainly multi-fandom commentary. Recently my views have not been the same, I usually get atleast 1K views on shorts within 24 hours which I was happy about but recently my views gone down to about 20 views in a week. My content stayed pretty much the same, I use similar hashtags for all my shorts like (#animation #fandom) but now it seems like my shorts are getting no views. I’ve been trying to be consistent with content because I know motivation isn’t the only key to being successful, but I have been trying to post everyday with similar content that I always do and it seems like it all flopped. I just would like some methods or criticism with what I am doing and/or what I should do to actually become “popular” (My goal is 1,000 subs)
