AITAH for telling the guy I'm dating that he has a medical condition with his member (phimosis)

I have been dating a guy for six weeks and things have been going fairly well. I have been trying to take things slow, but we did end up being sexual with each other. This was the first time I saw his penis, and I immediately recognized that something was odd when it wouldn't retract. I only have him a hand job (he did way more for me tbh and I thank him for the service) but I let him finish himself off. When I got home I googled tight foreskin and discovered phimosis.

I am not necessarily attracted to the visual look of things right now, and the thought of possible smegma or injury during any sexual activity is also a major concern. I brought it up to him and at first he was receptive, but I kept bringing up more research and eventually I hurt his feelings.

I was the first to ever see him in this way, and I think he is a great person. AITAH for telling him it's a medical condition that needs to be addressed?
