Hi folks, I’ll keep it short and simple. I have only a PPOR, my end goal is to acquire 2 more properties for investment purposes.

I have enough equity on my PPOR to fund a 20% deposit for my first IP. Considering that the end goal is to buy Property 3, would you buy Property 2 under a trust or personal name?

Both my partner and myself earn $105K each and have no dependants
