Issue with Start

[Landroid Worx WR155E]
I'm having an issue where, when the mower is interrupted for X reason, I can't press start to get it back to work. Every button seems to work perfectly because I hear a sound when pressing it, but it won't move. I have to take it back to the station, then wait for it to charge enough, or launch it from the app.
The problem is that I tried to delete the mower and then reconnect it to the app, but I cannot access the settings or do anything on the mower itself. Now I'm stuck with the mower doing its own thing; I cannot control it and have to pull it and take it back to the station if it's stuck. It starts whenever it wants.
If anyone else has or has had this issue, I would be glad to hear.
