Been on Prozac 40mg for 3 weeks and honestly feeling terrible.

My anxiety has increased a lot, with irrational fear and afternoon panic attacks. I’m constantly overthinking, emotionally numb/blunted, have almost no happiness or motivation, very low energy, and mostly stay in bed.

The biggest change is my libido. I used to have a very high sex drive, but now I have almost zero libido. I barely feel sexual attraction/arousal and getting an erection is difficult.

Has anyone experienced this on Prozac? Do these side effects and emotional numbness improve with time, or did you need a dose/medication change?
