I have finished reading the first 3 series ebooks and now just listening to the graphic audio version.

It is sooooo good!

Nothing controversial. Just came here to say Graphic Audio is amazing!

I have read the first 3 series and now just listening to it via the dramatized adaptation which is amazing by the way.

I’m at the Gala fight scene between >!Darrow and Cassius!< and oh boy it was so well done!

I can only imagine how hard this would be to pull off on live Tv due to the razors differing to regular swords.

I guess it would be as iconic as the fight between Hector and Achilles in Helen of Troy adaptation but way better due to the variety razors bring >!and also Darrow fighting the willow way with sheer brute force (red meeting gold) and Cassius being an elegant swords man with finesse!<.

What are your thoughts?

For the record, I have never ever read a book with the speed with which I read these 3 books.

I was awake until 3am reading some days.
Some nights I dream of these books!

Boyo… I experienced emotional damage on each turn especially in Golden Son and Morning Star.
I have so much thoughts on the books but my Goodman, the ending was just amazing!

I don’t think I’m ready to go through the next series yet.
I cannot take this level of heart wringing shit at the moment. I need to recover. Yes, I’m a pixie 🧚 I know but I have something to look forward to after I listen to the dramatic adaptation and reread at a much slower pace to capture anything I missed.

For the record, I used to love chemistry so after the first chapter where the mine administrators name appeared as “cu” i kind of related that as the chemical symbol for copper, and confirmed it with the first gold name that appeared in the book!
