I ChatGPT’d it and was told it is most likely ‘temporary edema (fluid accumulation) or lymphatic swelling. Sometimes people wake up with this after sleeping in an unusual position, minor friction, or a cause they never determine.’
It’s painless ,no function affected , I’m still worried . No jerking or sex with my gf this weekend :( I’ll update status in a few days …
