What crit rate/dmg should I aim for as an f2p cause i can't have a crit rate weapon.

I don't know how it would be possible to get over 80 crit rate while keeping crit dmg and atk% high. Is it for like absolutely highest rolled perfect artifacts?

Is it better to pull skirk c1r1 or mavuika (melt) c1r1. Im going to build c0r0 of both to begin with, so like I wanna make c1r1 of the one which will get a higher upgrade
