Watco entry level student conductor

Hey everyone, I just got contacted by a Watco recruiter about an entry-level Student Conductor position in Deer Park, TX. They want to do interview, and I’m pretty excited about it because becoming a conductor has honestly been a goal of mine for about a year.
I don’t have railroad experience yet, so I’m wondering what to expect from the interview.
For anyone who has interviewed with Watco or started as a Student Conductor:
What kind of questions did they ask?
What are they looking for in an entry-level candidate?
Anything specific I should know or prepare for?
Any advice or pointers that helped you get hired?

Really Trying to Break Into the Railroad Industry – Looking for Advice or a Referral

Hey everyone, I’m 20 and I’m really trying to break into the railroad industry in the Houston area. I’ve been applying to a lot of entry-level positions but haven’t had much luck getting interviews. If anyone’s company is hiring and would be willing to give me a referral or point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it. I have a TWIC card, a strong work ethic, and I’m willing to work any shift. Thanks!

Entry-level railroad jobs in the Houston area?

Hey everyone, I’m 20 and looking to get my foot in the door with the railroad. My long-term goal is to become a conductor, but I’m open to starting in any entry-level position to gain experience.
I have a TWIC card and experience in customer service, management, and physical labor. I’m willing to work nights, weekends, overtime, and be on call if that’s what it takes.
For those of you working in the Houston/Pasadena/Deer Park area, what companies would you recommend? Are there any terminal railroads, short lines, or switching companies that hire people without prior railroad experience?
