When do you see people in treatment for OCD really starting to make progress and regaining their lives?

I have been on FMLA and am unsure if I will be able to return to work for any meaningful amount Of time.

I understand if I do not return I am responsible for the employee portion of my health insurance.

Is it allowed to return to work briefly and put in my two weeks notice or are there more respectful or appropriate ways to do this?
