I just don't like driving I have bad anxiety cuz idk how people are going to react when I drive around me. I get scared when people are close to me trying to maintain speed and my car mostly sits at home early use.

I'm 35m and been driving for a year now. I'm not that good if a driver and really scared deiving and idk how to pass not being scared all the time when driving. I live in a small town so I mostly walk and only drive when I need too like going to work or getting groceries. Any tips on not being so scared driving all the time?
