I am an EA for a small law firm. A couple new partners have tried organizing activities to give back to the community which inherently is not a bad thing . The downside is they always assume the staff will and wants to give up their weekend or wants to find more projects for them.

I'm tired of donating and participating. I have real life personal stuff going on and my own health issues. How do you guys handle saying no. They've even tried to accommodate location and times for me to join.

Somehow associates never have that pressure or stay to clean up after.
