PD: 30-May-2014 EB2 India. My date was current recently but now retrogressed again to Sept 2013.
My I-485 is still pending and my EAD/AP combo card is expired. I am still on H1B .
Planning to file renewals immediately.
Wanted to check with others in similar situation:
How long are recent EAD/AP renewals taking for employment-based AOS cases?
Are renewals still coming as combo cards or separate approvals?
Did anyone with retrogressed PD still receive EAD/AP approval quickly?
Any recent timelines from NBC / Newark FO / transferred cases?
