What do you do if the fire alarm goes off or an emergency occurs during a seizure? I remain semi conscious through my seizures, which can last up to hours. I'm worried I'll just end up laying there completely aware of the emergency but unable to do anything. I want a working emergency plan but haven't found any resources around the issue.

Recently I've been grieving the progression of my disability, both past and future. My therapist suggested I do something to honor that grief, and, after thinking about it, I'd like to do some kind of ritual to acknowledge and honor the abilities I can no longer do and the abilities that I will lose in the future. I've been brainstorming ideas of what would feel meaningful and I would really love some ideas on what I might add!
