Pomodoro users, could I get feedback on a simple task + timer workflow?

Hi

I’m a college student in South Korea, and I recently built my first small side project around timeboxing.

I wanted to ask people who actually use the Pomodoro technique whether this workflow makes sense.

The idea is simple:

Instead of having a todo list on one side and a timer somewhere else, each task is meant to be worked on as a focused time block.

The app only has two core features right now:

- Todo list

- Timer

The workflow is:

  1. Add a task

  2. Pick one thing to focus on

  3. Start the timer

  4. Work on that task until the time block ends

I’m trying to keep it intentionally simple because I personally get overwhelmed when productivity apps have too many systems, dashboards, and settings.

Since this is my first product, I’d really appreciate feedback from Pomodoro users.

I’d love to know:

- Does this workflow fit how you use Pomodoro?

- Would you want the todo list and timer connected like this?

- Is this too simple, or simple in a useful way?

- What would be missing for your actual Pomodoro sessions?
