To Rent a Car or Not to Rent a Car
My wife (30F) and I (32M) will be traveling to Curaçao for a week next April with our son (10mo). So far, we are planning on staying at The Strand due to how small it is (easy access to the room for nap time) and still close enough to walk to Willemstad for sights and activities. I’ve spent a lot of time reading other posts and comments here and now I’m wondering if maybe we should consider renting a car to access more of the island? We’re not huge snorkeling or adventure people, but we also want to make the most of our time on the island and we love a good beach to relax on! Would we be selling the trip short by not being able to drive around to see what all Curaçao has to offer? Appreciate any insight or feedback from the community!
Edit: Appreciate all the comments! Sounds like I would’ve been a fool to not rent a car or would’ve make a last minute booking. Will definitely be adding this to our trip now!
