FWD Cancellation Investment Funds Claims
Hi! Anyone here na feeling scammed by FWD Insurance?
Me and my husband both had a Set for Life policy with them, and we cancelled ours 2 weeks ago. We already submitted all complete requirements and documents, but until now, despite multiple follow-ups through email and their contact center, wala pa rin kaming narereceive na funds or even a proper explanation kung bakit delayed.
What’s frustrating is that policy holders are bound by their strict 15-day cancellation period, pero sila mismo hindi makapag-release ng funds within their promised timeline. Hindi na nga namin hinabol yung full refund namin (almost 200k combined naming mag-asawa). All we asked was for them to return our investment funds.
Instead of giving clear answers, puro follow-up and waiting lang ang nangyayari. Nakaka-stress and honestly nakakawala ng tiwala.
I already escalated this to the Insurance Commission and I’m hoping this finally pushes them to act and release our funds ASAP.
Anyone here na may similar experience with FWD? How long did it take before niyo nakuha funds niyo?
