are the terms at Foundery founder friendly?

So I held myself back from applying for cohort 1 and I am seeing these founders having access to like advisors like Nir Eyal and Kishore Biyani etc. I wanna apply for cohort 2 but I am and was still wary of the terms if they are founder friendly or not also applying is a risk to give away your plan (giving away idea isn’t a big deal but proprietary info is) if I ain’t selected. Anyone who is a part of the cohort or know people can help knowing if it’s a good shot or a bad one? Imo it’s a trade off between access to industry vs equity etc. I found similar post but no one answered then. Would you apply or not?
