I have 3 years of experience, including over 2 years of full time and 11 months in internship. It's been 5 months since I graduated and gave only 1 real interview with no real call backs. Can someone please tell me what's so wrong that my resume is not even moving past through to the Hiring managers and/or recruiters? I believe I can do well in the interviews, given I get a chance to give one.

It'd be of great help and I would be eternally grateful if someone can give me real inputs that can at least help me get interviews.
