Lifting Routine Help
Hi! I'm very confused on how to plan my workouts lol. Im 18, going to have access to a bigger gym soon. Just wondering what I can tweak on these? When there's a note that says "upper 2" or "lower 2" that means it's a separate day it's just the way the app limits amounts of routines. I plan to do it in the order of upper 1, lower 1, core and cardio, upper 2, lower 2, and then a rest day. 90% of these are warm up, failurex2
