Double whammy in New Caney, Tx
Police had the hwy blocked off, so I took a small detour down a residential street / small neighborhood hoping to pop out passed the road block.. i come down the road and find the Pam truck.. officer tells me “hey you ain’t gonna get through here buddy, go back out the same way you came in. That’s the only other way out of this neighborhood ” .. so I did .. well at least attempted to.. because what do I find..? the 2nd guy with his tandems in the ditch. 🤦🏻♂️ so now I’m sitting there stuck between these 2 guys that are blocking the only ways in and out of this neighborhood..
Pam driver said he’d only been driving for 6 months and blamed his GPS for leading him down the wrong road.. it was Apple Maps btw.. I asked him why his tandems were all the way to the back & he tells me “I didn’t look at the tandems, I just hooked up the trailer and took off” I asked where he came from.. He says “Atlanta” 😳… Then he tells me “if they fire me, oh well, they ain’t paying me but .45 cents a mile”
2nd guy in the ditch didn’t speak English, so I didn’t get any info outta him..
Call me nosy i don’t care.. I was stuck there for 3 hours, what do you expect lol 🤷🏻♂️
