5'1F 112, I just started working out? How long until I gain weight?
I started working out two months ago. I only train train legs/glutes. I don't go to the gym but do different dummbell variations. I eat a simple carb meal before a work usually like rice by itself, and then after the workout I eat something like ground beef and spaghetti.. I've also been buying whey protein power to make shakes with. So far I haven't seen any substantial change? When should I see some change in my body?
