Need Advice Please

Okay this is my very first Reddit post so please excuse all my mistakes. So here's my story I'm a 46 yr old gal who has been told by multiple dentists that I need all my teeth extracted. Anyways I've always been so so with teeth care due to sensory issues (AUDHD) and hyper mobile EDS so my gums easily bleed/cut. For context I also am a full time live in care giver for two very vulnerable patients one of which has mild/medium dementia and the other CFS bed bound. I mention this because this means I won't be able to take any time off at all. And yes I looked into respite but it's a no go due to state wide shortages and financial reasons. Anyways my dentist wanted to take all 21 teeth left 9 on the top and 12 on bottom in late October of this year. Then fit me with immediate dentures then, and when I healed my permanent set. Also I will be doing only local numbing shots and Motrin and Tylenol for pain. Well due to my work I'll have to work through this whole process which is far from ideal. Anyways last week when I saw my dentist I told him my apprehension with all this work being done at once considering my situation. And I got him to agree to just do the tops first since they are in very bad condition and my lowers at least aren't an infection risk yet and when the heal a bit like a few months get the bottoms done. He was hesitant though and told me that their might be "fit issues", but I insisted. But now I'm questioning did I make the right call with this? Please any and all advise would be appreciated, and thank you for reading my mini book 😆 Also sorry about all the typos I'm dislexic as well, so this is my current best
