Sydney house prices correcting already?

Property we were keen on was listed at 1.4M but was revised down to 1.2M+? Is the property correction already happening in Sydney suburb??

I m starting my own real estate agency in Sydney. I am considering the best property data (intelligence) subscription. I used to work at a large REA, we used RP data but just comparing the options. Cost is one of the factors I am considering. PropCred offered me a subscription for $99 per month for 12 months vs RP data $299 per month.. If anyone has experience using these please let me know. PropCred demo was good and the valuations and appraisals were on par with RP data. Price FInder is cheaper than RP data but i feel they are missing some transactions data
