Trying to spruce up this little garden patch. I recognize the tulip and hostas. What is the plant to the right of the large hosta? It has small yellow flowers buds. And is all that grass ornamental, or is it lawn grass that spread into the garden bed? Trying to figure out if it’s a weed or meant to be there haha

A few days ago, I noticed my first shrimp that had eggs no longer had her eggs but I couldn’t find any babies. I thought they died and was pretty disappointed. But while feeding today I found some! They are even smaller than I expected! Should I be doing anything special to make sure they survive and grow?
