Did she get a boob job? This looks like the exact same photo but maybe it’s AI? The first was posted a bit ago and then the second is on Alix Earle story today

NO INFLUENCERS

I feel like I have to comment on this because the takes are just so awful. So here’s my take on influencer culture as I’ve experienced it first hand in New Jersey due to Alix Earle and others creating content about my home that used to be our best kept secret.

There’s a growing culture where people discover authentic, historically meaningful places and turn them into “destinations” built around being seen rather than being experienced. The issue isn’t the small businesses, artists, or locals who have poured years into creating something special — it’s the wave of people who arrive chasing a moment, a photo, or social media validation without any real connection to the place.

Instead of appreciating the history, culture, and community that made a location special, the focus shifts to creating a curated image of being there. People are more concerned with capturing content than being present, and the place slowly becomes less about genuine experiences and more about performing a lifestyle.

That attention can change the entire character of a community: local spots become overcrowded, prices can rise, the original culture gets diluted, and the quiet charm that made the place appealing in the first place disappears. It’s not about people enjoying beautiful places — it’s about turning authentic communities into backdrops for personal branding.

And yes I had chat help me write this bc it’s hard feeling to describe .
