Which de Buyer handle stays cool?

I'd like to get a de Buyer pan, and I'm undecided between the Mineral B Pro and the Mineral B Bois. They're basically the same price, and the main factor for me is that I don't want to have to be bothered regarding getting burned when grabbing the handle. (I've discarded the "Carbon Plus" and standard "Mineral B" models for this reason).

Do either the Pro or the B Bois/Wood have a handle heat issue? I've seen that the Pro has some heat insulation properties but not sure if that works well and for how long a cooking session. Is the Pro's handle cool enough?
I was going to get the wood one as I don't normally put pans in the oven, but then I noticed that the inner carbon-steel material is sandwiched between the wood inserts and could be exposed if you grab it tight or at a funny angle perhaps. I'm sure it's easy to grab but wondering if the heat does creep up and if it's possible for it to burn or become uncomfortable?

In case it matters, I'm considering the 28cm/11 inch version, and I'd like it to still be comfortable after 20-30min if possible. (Some things need frying for longer periods :))

Does anyone have experience with any of these, with respect to the handle getting hot? Any recommendations on which one to get taking this worry into account? Thank you!
