hi, i'm a solo developer and university student building a DeFi application on Sui, submitting to Sui Overflow 2026. i'm fully bootstrapped and struggling to cover basic infrastructure costs like the apple developer program for TestFlight, domain registration, hosting and that sort of things. are there any grants, programs, or resources available for early stage builders at this stage? any guidance would be appreciated
