What jobs do you give yours?

Muriel hasn't taken a liking to any of the toys we've given her with the exception of a chewable duck, which she ripped the quacker out and guarded furiously. We've tried the treats in toys, peanutbutter in toys (both for brain stimulation and boredom), and running three times per day (she pauses multiple times to dig). She is still grabbing anything she can to chew - crayons, trash, hair brushes off of counters, etc. What occupies your houlas? Any suggestions are appreciated. Photo is of her staring me down because she was ready to go run again.

Just adopted from county shelter.

Her name is Muriel. They said she's about 1 year old and a catahoula leopard dog. They also counseled us on her eyes and potential issues. The on-site vet overseeing her said she checks out health-wise and can see just fine, even with slight strabismus. I wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions about potential jobs or tasks we can give her, toys that keep yours busy that we can try, food suggestions (we have her on the salmon blend Taste of the Wild) etc. Any information on their care is welcomed. We are new to this breed and fell in love with her when we met her.
