Wanting to cover up scars

When I was 13-14 I would sh on my upper leg, I want to get them covered up but I’m not sure if the keloids are too big for it. Any advice from people would be amazing, I want them to be completely covered up and I’m not sure if it’s possible, also wondering what the price range would be.
