Looking for a reputable company or companies to demo our walkways, strip the tile off our porch, patch cement on the porch, and replace the walkways with stone steps. We live in an HOA-controlled community in Irvine (is that redundant?) and will need their approval.

Also: we’ve been trying to find a contractor for months now, and get few responses and zero follow-through. If you know why there’s reluctance to do a job like this, please enlighten me!
