my wife got this yesterday from Islamabad embassy and was told by consular officer that all her documents were ok and she was satisfied . But due to Pause she was giving her refusal and ticked Admintrative Processsing thing. Now, my wife is travelling to USA tomorrow on B1/B2 visa with return ticket to attend a wedding. Would she have trouble with border control?
Can one travel to USA on B1/B2 visa while immigration visa is pending due to TB Sputnum clearence. It takes 8 weeks at least to clear if it comes negative. Do border control flag such cases or medical pending status is ignored and only intention to visit is important in the case?
