Help me! Can't Cashout
I've in Prolific for almost 2 years, and I've always cash out no problems. The beginning of this year, I was doing AI studies, and I couldn't cash out my USD, but the GBP(Pounds) went through just fine (some other studies) but the USD won't go through($200+ USD), then I check FAQ and it said: "your account must be able to accept USD", I talked to Paypal support and everything is fine, asked my GF to transfer me $10 USD and it worked.
-Name match in both accounts
-Address match in both accounts
-Paypal accepts USD
-Talked to Paypal support and everything looks fine on their end
Prolific support is AI agent, can't talk to a human being? The AI changed it's answer 3 times already(reasons mention above and double checked).
Cash stuck there since beginning of March.
Anyone being through this? Help? Please
