This cart its not pulling properly and it only pulls from one of those holes in there

I can tell its hitting the filter because it burns my nose and it only does that when I hit an empty yart

Is there anything I could do to fix it otherwise ima just go return it

Been getting these buddies ones every time they got them in stock and they’re way better to me than raw gardens and they cost less
