Backing out of final sale

Canada, Ontario.
Personal Sale:

The contract states:

Please review the entire contract, including all attached statements, before signing. This contract is final and binding once you have signed it unless the motor vehicle dealer has failed to comply with certain legal obligations.”

I understand that if I back out of the final sale for the car, I may lose my deposit. However, the salesperson is now saying that I also have to pay legal fees and freight charges for the vehicle.

Is the dealership actually allowed to charge these additional fees when cancelling the contract? Other than the deposit, what charges am I legally responsible for if I cancel the final sale agreement?

Vehicle is not delivered, only told that it arrived in dealership from storage facility.

Also, the attitude and behavior changed noticeably as soon as we asked either to transfer the deposit to another car.
